  • Chicken Kabob in Sandra’s Island sauce, or Pork in island Kabob with curried rice and vegetables 

  • Chicken Kabob in Indonesian peanut Satay sauce with curried rice and vegetables 

  • Island Chicken Breast served with red beans and coconut rice along with carrots

  • Chicken Breast in a raspberry monsoon sauce with curried rice and roasted vegetables

  • Chicken Breast in Indian Cilantro Marinade with potato, tomato, onion sweet potato and squash medley

Sandra was such professional and personal person to work with. She took my ideas I had for my Fall themed wedding and incorporated them into the menu which was such a special treat. Her staff was wonderful to our guests. The best thing about Sandra's Catering was the value of the food. She made delicious food for the lowest price I could find in Nashville. She made a variety of appetizers that suited my vegetarian and Southern family and friends. I would highly recommend Sandra to cater any event.
